Strive Tier 1 Protection Plan
Strive Heating and Cooling LLC will perform 2 preventative maintenance inspections per year.
- 1 Cooling season inspection.
- 1 Heating season inspection. (excludes oil furnaces)
What we do!
(Furnace)
- Inspect blower for proper balance and cleanliness.
- Measure blower motor amp draw.
- Inspect burners for proper alignment and flame.
- Measure gas pressure and adjust to proper rating.
- Inspect duct work for proper sizing.
- Make sure air filter is clean (will change customer provided)
- Flush condensate drain lines.
- Check temperature split between supply and return.
- Inspect heat exchanger for cracks.
- Measure inducer motor amp draw.
(Air Conditioning/Heat Pump)
- Inspect condenser coil and clean with water and hose if necessary. (Excessive dirt will require cleaning solution at additional charge of $20.)
- Inspect all electrical connections.
- Measure capacitance on capacitor to make sure within range.
- Inspect insulation around refrigerant piping.
- Inspect evaporator coil for cleanliness. (Evaporator coil cleaning subject to additional charge due to accessibility)
